Annual Meeting - Sunday, March 13, 2011 at 11 a.m.
The annual meeting will be held in the Phoenix Center Gym on Sunday, March 13, 2011 immediately following the 10 a.m. A light lunch will be served. Child care for all ages will be provided during the meeting.
Items to be covered at the meeting include a presentation of the financial reports of both the year past and the budget for the next; action on the terms of call for the pastors and a review of the year’s ministry in a fun and engaging context.
