Annual Congregational Meeting, Annual Report, and Slideshow
The 2010 Annual Congregational Meeting was held Sunday, March 13, 2011 immediately following the 10 a.m. service, in the Phoenix Center Gym. The meeting agenda included:
- a testimony
- a fun & engaging skit titled, "Who Wants to Be a Presbyterian?"
- a presentation of the financial reports of both the year past and the budget for the next year
- a Celebration of Ministry which is an opportunity for the congregation to share those things in the life of the church for which they are thankful
- action on the terms of call for the pastors
- a review of the year in a slideshow
