On The Road... To Death: Making Peace

Riding into town in the face of death: it’s been an image repeated for us in countless stories and film clips. Somehow the hero summons the strength to press on in the face of dire, even fatal, consequences. On Palm Sunday we remember Jesus taking part in a victor’s procession into town that he knows will end in his death…and yet he continues on. Courage is the bedrock strength beneath the shifting sands of our fears.
