Sermon: A Day of Good News
Romans 1:14-17, II Kings 7:3-9

Somebody shared with us the story of the gospel; somebody – maybe long ago, maybe recently – shared with us what the Lord had done for them and eventually we began to also believe. And that’s why we’re here today. The truth is that it’s the story of God’s touch in our lives that becomes an invitation to others to experience God’s touch in theirs. The church grows – people come to Christ -- as they hear the good news from a good friend – it’s one part of what we mean in our vision statement by Reaching out in Love.
