On The Road... To Hope: Looking Beyond the Veil
Rev. Dr. Steve Harrington
Luke 24:36-43
I Corinthians 15 (Selected verses)
Jesus’ resurrection means that death simply becomes our entrance into the life that is to come. Easter is not just history; though we believe it was a reality that happened in time and space. Nor is Easter only present; though certainly the risen Christ is very much alive and present with us now. Easter is also future. It is hope and promise and the fulfillment of all our yearnings. The good news of the gospel is that death no longer has the last word over life. Thanks be to God!
