Fellowship Groups
Young Families Fellowship
Young Families Fellowship (YFF) is a group of families with children ages newborn to pre-teen. Details on YFF may be found under Groups > Children, or click here.
Mariners
The Mariners are groups of families or couples or singles who are in similar stages of life and who wish to grow and have fun together as members of a relaxed church fellowship -- socializing, studying, and serving our church together. Groups start as couples groups (before kids) or as family groups with young kids. Members grow together through life's stages as kids are born, grow up, and go off to college and as adults move from being twenty-somethings, through mid-life, and into retirement. Mariners welcome new people who wish to join existing groups as well as those who wish to form new ones. There are currently 11 Mariner Fellowship Groups at our church composed of 10 to 20 families each. Each Mariner Fellowship Group chooses how frequently they have activities. For information email .
- AFRICAN LIBRARY PROJECT—Each year the Spinnakers Fellowship Group focuses on a volunteer project. This year we are collecting books to build much needed libraries for children in Lesotho, Africa — a country with an average income of $1.25 per day. Every 1,000 books stock one library and we are working toward our third library! Collection barrels will be in the church courtyard outside the sanctuary on Sunday, July 10 and Sunday, July 24. We’re looking for new or gently used books for children in preschool through eighth grade. Please avoid thick, hard-cover books as they are costly to ship. For more information, contact .
