What do you think Jesus would do if he were going on vacation? Possibly go to a distant land, meet new and interesting people, seek out the poor and suffering, listen to their stories, serve them and love them. Oh, and he’d have lots of fun while he was at it.
We did just that on a week-long mission trip to Texas City, Texas in the Gulf Coast where we helped those who continue to need assistance in recovering from the many storms that have battered the bayous.
