Come take a vacation with God. What do you think Jesus would do if he were going on vacation? Possibly go to a distant land, meet new and interesting people, seek out the poor and suffering, listen to their stories, serve them and love them. Oh, and he’d have lots of fun while he was at it. Sound like an ideal way to spend a week? Then join us on a mission trip to the gulf coast where we will be helping those who continue to need assistance in recovering from the many storms that have battered the bayous.
All skill levels are welcome and we guarantee a rewarding experience. Minimum age level 16. Youth must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Check out the scrapbook from our trip to Houma Louisiana in April 2009.
The Mission and Service ministry will make scholarships available to members of the congregation so that cost is not a barrier to participation in Mission and Service activities. Please contact Gary Ruschke for more information.
